Who we are

This website is operated by MAGIK INK PTY LTD ("we", "us"). Logan Tree Removal Quotes is a business name of MAGIK INK PTY LTD, ABN 23 667 316 350. We are a referral and information service, not an arborist or tree-removal company.

What we collect

• Quote requests: suburb, job type, tree size, where the tree is on the property, name, phone, email, timeframe, budget band (optional), photos (optional) and notes.
• Attribution data: the page you landed on, referring site, and campaign parameters (UTM tags, Google click ID) to understand which pages generate enquiries.
• Analytics: if enabled, anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics.

How we use and share it

We use your information to respond to your request and share it with one independent local arborist or tree-service business who services your area so they can contact you and provide a quote. You agree to this when you tick the consent box on the form. We also keep a record of enquiries to confirm lead numbers with crews and to handle disputes. We do not sell your information to lists or multiple companies.

Service providers who help run the site (form handling, email/SMS delivery, hosting and analytics) may process your information on our behalf; some may store data outside Australia.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct your information, or withdraw consent for future contact, by contacting us at quotes@logantreeremovalquotes.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
